15. Elusive - Bend
4.5% - Pale
This Pale Ale uses a combination of Talus, Citra and Columbus hops for notes of pink grapefruit, tangerine, pine sap and tropical stone fruits. Brewed in our house style, this beer is crisp and dry with a refined bitterness
16. Elusive - Pineapple Head
4.8% - Speciality
Collaboration with Heavy Riff (Saint Louis, MO.). This juicy Pale Ale uses El Dorado and BRU-1 hops for notes of pineapple, then pineapple puree and concentrate to push the pineapple to the fore.
17. Dolphin - Archer (2024)
5.6% - Sour
Apple and rhubarb sour fermented on a single-variety apple juice from Townsend farm in Herefordshire. The Jonagold apples add a sweet, appley crispness to this beer – a perfect match for the natural tartness from the rhubarb juice
18. The Outhouse Brewery - Shepherd's Delight
5.4% - IPA
Malt forward, dark red beer with fruity notes from the heavy late hop additions of Simcoe & Amarillo. An Autumnal delight!
18B. The Outhouse Brewery - Lambourn Downs
4.7% - Strong Bitter
Scottish Heavy 80/- style brown beer, built on a base of roasted barley, rye and chocolate malt, finished with a floral addition from East Kent Goldings hops. Brewed to celebrate the Ascot Beer Festival and 50 years of CAMRA in Berkshire.
19. Phantom - Helles Fire Club
4.2% - Lager
Sweetness balanced with a light bitterness, delicately hopped, clear & light, it's the epitome of a thirst-quenching lager bier.
20. Phantom - S is for Strata
5.5% - IPA
One of the brewery's single hop series, showcasing the full aroma and flavour of each hop. Strata brings notes of zingy passionfruit, grapefruit and sweet strawberry. Lager and oat malts with Strata hops fermented on Verdant yeast.
